Contract Agreement

CONTRACT AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES

This agreement is made between Sonsuz Dijital Medya (“Service Provider”) and the user who visits the website and/or receives the service (“Customer”), within the framework of the following terms and conditions.

2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

This agreement determines the terms of use of the digital media services offered by Sonsuz Dijital Medya and the rights and obligations of the parties.

3. SERVICES AND CONDITIONS

  • Infinite Digital Media offers digital media and advertising services in line with customer demands.

  • The customer is obliged to examine the details of the service he/she will receive before the contract.

  • The customer is legally responsible for the content provided by the customer during the service.

4. FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS

  • Services are charged according to the current price list determined by Infinite Digital Media.

  • Payments are made to the specified bank accounts or other valid payment methods.

  • In case of non-payment or incomplete services, the service may be suspended or cancelled.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • All designs, content and projects presented belong to Infinite Digital Media unless otherwise stated.

  • The Customer may use these contents only for the purposes within the scope of the service and cannot transfer or sell them to third parties.

6. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

  • All information provided by the customer will be kept confidential and will only be used to the extent required by the service.

  • Personal data is protected under the Privacy Policy of Sonsuz Dijital Medya.

7. TERM OF THE CONTRACT AND TERMINATION

  • This agreement is in force indefinitely unless otherwise stated by the parties.

  • Either party may terminate the contract by written notice.

  • In case of abuse of the service, non-payment or legal violations, Endless Digital Media may terminate the contract unilaterally.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In all disputes arising from this contract, the laws of the Republic of Türkiye shall apply and Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.

9. CHANGES IN THE CONTRACT

Sonsuz Dijital Medya reserves the right to make any changes to this agreement it deems necessary. Any changes made will be effective from the date they are published on the website.
